I wasn’t talking about you, HJ. The fellas with the bad experiences. I believe your taste is spot on brother
Thought maybe you were thinking we needed something a little more herbal to reach nirvana.

certainly not all inclusive but I have highlighted those I have tried. There are certainly others deserving of my attention.

Adult beverages this afternoon and early evening.

I sipped a Surley Supreme when I got home and started to water the pine trees.

Two Brothers "Prairie Path Ale is a Belgian-style golden ale. Prairie Path Ale is a full flavored, slightly bitter, clean and refreshing ale. The Belgian malts along with the Saaz and Goldings hops give this beer great drinkability." I concur with the website!!!

The above beer was tasty was my companion for fixing some Pho Hai san ( rice noodle soup with seafood). Grilling (shrimp for the soup) outside meant being warm and I wore a Stetson Panama. Vietnamese Coffee(strong coffee and condensed milk) was my dinner beverage.

If you are ever in the area you might enjoy one of the KY Bourbon tours. The ones I’m familiar with originate in either the Louisville or Bardstown area. Lots of samples & swag to be had. I’d like to get to TN for a TN Whiskey tour including Jack Daniels distillery.

Starting tomorrows National Tequila Day a little early, with a Rand Tom Horn. First on the docket was a couple cheap margs on HH special.

Then a NBD with a double pour of Tears of Llorona Anejo in celebration since I don’t drink much Anejo.

Then home to open a bottle of La Gritona Repo.

Yesterday I enjoyed cold brewed coffee and a Guinness.

Today cold brew in the early morning was a treat.

This evening I sipped a Guinness and then headed down on the dock with my wife and we shared a Ranch Water (Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold, lime juice and mineral water). The bottle of Jose Cuervo has been in a cupboard in the kitchen for over a decade. It helped me celebrate National Tequila Day.

Cheers and Happy National Tequila Day, Eric -

Finally made it to a new tequila bar that opened in mid-June. A double neat Clase Azul Silver tequila convinced me I might add a bottle to my cabinet if I was to catch a sale. With my Dunlap Supreme 4X western fedora.
