brushing hats counterclockwise seems to be the way to do it right , how about the underside, does it go counterclockwise or clockwise being the flow would be the same its one piece right

Side note: Occasionally old Austrian Velours will require clockwise brushing (nap lies in the opposite direction) or can be brushed in either direction (nap will lie in both directions).
