Has anyone had experience with Wested Horsehide

Has anyone had experience with Wested Horsehide? I'm considering purchasing an Indy Temple of Doom jacket. I don’t need it to be film accurate since I plan to use it for daily wear in mild cold weather. I’m not a fan of distressed looks, except for the natural wear that comes with patina, so any pre-distressed options are off the table. I've done my research on horsehide and goatskin leather; both are resilient, but I don't want a jacket that’s too hot, especially since I only experience super cold winters for a couple of days a year. The average winter temperature here is around 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I know I might be a bit particular, but this seems like the right place to ask.

Why do you think goatskin would be warmer?
Because Wested said, it is "weight-wise in-between Lamb and Cow Hide," both HH and goatkin seem stronger and tend to maintain the unblemished look for longer (based on what others say). Also, not all HHs or goatskin are the same weight. Since Wested describes their HH as clothing grade, I would like to know the real experience beyond what the seller said.

You won’t find a warmth difference between any of these.
