I love hairsprays that smell like hairspray. Back in the 70s and 80s, I used Adorn (white/pink can), White Rain (white/purple bottle), and L'Oreal Studio Mega Spritz (when it was in the white bottle). Now days all the hairspray seems to smell fruity and nothing like hairspray. The garbage being passed off today as Adorn, White Rain, and L'Oreal Studio Mega Spritz is NOT the same as what I used years ago. So I've been forced to use L'Oreal Elnett, which smells somewhat like the vintage hairsprays, but doesn't come close to the hold of sprays I used back then. My hairstyle would have withstood hurricane force winds back then and never moved. Unfortunately, even the Elnett doesn't smell nearly as good as my beloved Adorn. Does anyone, who remembers the hairsprays of the 70s and 80s, know of a hairspray that smells like hairspray, and actually holds your hair in place, that's sold in stores today?
