I'm typing this wearing 5 years old 19oz double knee jeans I've been wearing 24/7 since last november too, but strangely by comparison the fading and wear on mine is equal to someone's 3rd month picture in fading competition, it's complete mystery to me how people wear out their jeans in those days, like 25oz IH turned into tattered mess under 2 yrs, perhaps they restarched their jeans to maximize fades but paying the price of early/ annual wornout of supposedly quality jeans.

These guys were doing stupid douchey things to them to make them age fast. But I know what you mean. I've got an 8 year old pair of 16 ouncers that I've worn every winter for 8 years and have minimal fading
