not of me or my DH, but DH took this pic on Saturday evening 4/25/09 of Dr. Derek Kerr of SF wearing his vintage RAF captain's mess jacket uniform, looking at one of my WWII YANK issues I found on evilBay. This pic was taken at the BAWMHRS (Bay Area Women's and Men's Historical Representation Society) annual dinner held at the Alameda Naval Air Museum, that our family attended.

This is what I wore at the same BAWMHRS dinner. I received very nice compliments from all the ladies in attendance, all gals that have doing vintage especially WWII era for years! And me, I've only been wearing real vintage since the third week of Feb.'09, so these responses were most encouraging!

DD Sarah swing dancing at BAWMHRS event

Here is our almost 15yo lithe Sarah, dancing with BAWMHR member Dave Bergman in his vintage WWII uniform. Sarah is wearing a vintage 40s jacket with an amazing find, a vintage WWII skirt w/ USN insignia badges as the border at the bottom of the skirt.

Great vintage clothing, especially your daughter's USN skirt! (The RAF Mess Dress Uniform is not common, either.)
