That is the crew of "The Goon," a B-24 in the CBI that was shot down in December 1943. I actually have the model of this plane.

Is that an Aero I see? The guy on the far left, standing, with flipped brim--are those rust-colored knits? If they are, that would the first color photographic evidence of an Aero being worn in war-time, that I've seen, at least.
I think it is a Roughwear. The pocket flaps and the collar sure looks like a RW 27752. I'm no expert, just a guess.
Looking at just the guy standing up at the far left with purple knits, the collar is laying too low for a collar stand, and all Roughwear's had a collar stand.
