Goodyear welted boots, handmade

Hello gents,

I have up for sale a pair of custom-built handmade boots.

They are brand new, and unworn save for the 20 or so minutes I wore them in my living room before ruefully deciding they were too small. I ordered them to my specs from overseas, and did my best with the sizing but came up short. I asked for a fit like a size 9.5 Red Wing Iron Ranger; these are a 9. Just a tad too small for me.

The boots are extremely well made, unlike off the rack stuff we get domestically. I love the look and wish I could keep them.


Specs:
Goodyear welted, hand stitched
Black pull-up, uncorrected leather
Double layer of Italian sole leather
Size 9 US, if you follow Red Wing, Wolverine, or Frye sizing.

I paid $260 for them. I'll ask 230 plus shipping.

Trades considered for sure - in another thread I posted I am looking for an Aero Sheene, Bootlegger or HWM in my size. I'd be happy to kick in some cash for the right jacket.

I'm also interested in other boots. Other Red Wings, Whites, Nick's.

They were made in Indonesia by a cobbler/shoemaker who works for a company called Daedalus.

Just a thought but what about their return policy? They made you a boot that is not your size!

No returns...this isn't Walmart. You take your chances unfortunately because it's custom. I asked for the double sole leather, double stitched toe cap, etc... unfortunately they gave me the wrong size. I had good luck before. Oh well!
