I read about Ghon Brothers clothing in an old 70s whole earth catalog, and sure enough the store is still around. I saw a few posts in the archives about them, but from their greater catalog of shorts, coats, boots and pants, does anyone have experience with the products, styles and quality?

I know it's amish, and know what to expect look wise, but I just wanted to see how you all weighed in.

This had gotten my interest. I thought, surely, the Amish would be using all-natural fabrics. Disappointment ensues after perusing Gohn's catalog. Serge fabric that's only 45% wool. Oh well, I didn't want black anyway.

Actually, I'm thinking one of their "Ropp" shirts with the short sleeve option might pretty closely resemble a 1930s button and loop closure style polo shirt.
