Here's another question, ladies: what do you do about working out? Right now, it's ok, because it's so cold that I don't sweat much during my morning runs, but once it gets warm, that will be an issue. Not so much, the falling of the curl, but the yucky sweaty,smelly hair.
That's always a problem. Sometimes I just suck it up and spray some rosewater in my hair. lol In the summertime I don't set my hair much at all because we are constantly in the pool or in the ocean. (another reason why I went back to dark hair, it was ruining my beautiful red color!)
Right now, I'm on a 3 day a week run schedule, so I wash my hair on the days I run, set it and have it until I run two days later. and when I am being lazy, I wait to set it until after my Friday run so it lasts until Monday!
but if I have a really good set that I like... Rosewater.. or perfume.. I think that's what they did in the very old days!...think like Marie Antoinette... before deodorant and stuff.
