I was wondering what the hare/rabbit motif represented. Then later it mentions "am 21 Marz" meaning "on 21 March". Then I realised that 21st March is the start of Spring in the northern hemisphere and the hare represents life (hence the Easter Bunny) and Spring.

Mystery solved! It must be the Spring catalogue

Yes it is the Spring catalogue. The text also mentions that it is common to "inaugurate" a new suit on Easter.

Sweden autumn/winter 1935-6. Made to measure suits from a catalogue I own.

It is interesting how the meaning of a word changes over the decades. "Sportanzug" nowadays means tracksuit in german and hip-hoppers et. al. wear them.

Yes, the caption is referring to the upper row. This one is called a climbing vest made of velveton. From what I have read it could be similar to moleskin?
