I have a modern gift all selected, but I'd love to also give something vintage to my boyfriend this Christmas. He's primarily into the 40s, and has plenty of vintage cufflinks, ties, and small things like that. I'm looking for something more like the equivalent of a locket with a lover's picture inside - sentimental! We're both softies.

Well, I know I'm getting an ATF M-41 jacket. I tried it on, the "wool" liner is a bit thin and the button colors are off but it's not a bad jacket for the price. It will go nicely with my civilian clothing as well as combat clothing.

On Valentines day, 1984 my wife gave me about 15 paper hearts with IOUs written on them. Some were like ...IOU one Saturday car wash in short shorts...IOU one special pot roast dinner...there were more but we won't go into them publicly, but you get the picture Miss Bella. We've been married 23 yrs now, and I still have a few left, and will aways remember it.

Ah, a good tip is needed then.. But the shop "Femme Fatale", in studiestr?¶de (Copenhagen) has fully fashioned nylonstockings from "Ars Vivendi".
Black, brown or skin colored, cuban or pointed heel, and all manufactured on vintage knitting machines from the 40's
Theyre about 180 dkr for a pair.
