I like to keep a small collection so as new arrives some must go
This Vanson Ike was advertised as being from the 1970s. I couldn’t confirm w Vanson because the serial number is partially worn away. Definitely an older model with no zip sleeves and shorter length, more appropriate for casual wear rather than the bike.
The leather is thick and soft, very easy wearing despite the typical Vanson sturdiness. Some wear on the edges here and there, more heavily on part of the collar. No serious damage, odors etc. It does appear that the zipper slide may have been replaced at some point, it’s silver rather than the brass of the zipper teeth. It has pockets. Lots of them. 4 exterior, 2 interior.
The Ike is a boxy fit. Honestly I think the dimensions are a little deceptive, especially considering the lack of footballs or action back. It wears like a comfortable 40 or slim 42 with good range of motion.
Chest: 23”
Shoulder: 19”
Back: 24”
Sleeve 24”
