I bought this one new less than 2 months ago. I been wearing it constantly and now the leather is super soft.

The shoulders fit me well but it’s a little big on me on the waist so I’m going to try to get a 40.

All zippers work and lining in great condition

2 pin holes on the lapel showed in photos

If everything fits perfect only the waist is too wide - I'd suggest sending it for alteration instead of buying a different size. Just my advice.

I have thought about it. The possibility of not liking the result drives me crazy but if it doesn’t sell, maybe

Sounds like the real solution would be to get the optional belt. It's good that it's slightly loose on the waist; that's the point! Use the belt to cinch as needed.
