I bought this and another jacket to see which fit my body best, and—after much neurotic deliberation—decided to keep the other.

This jacket is a beauty and has a very substantial weight and feel to it. Doubles as commercial grade air freshener for your closet.

There is no new 2021 version of the J24l, it is the same (very slim) fit it has always been .

In my experience, The Real McCoy’s published dimensions often vary a bit from their finished product. This is why I always get actual measurements of a particular jacket from the stockist or seller rather than trusting the chart.

My measurements above are accurate, and I can add photos with tape measure if needed.

The front length of the new J-24 is longer and similar to the J-24L, though the back is shorter. You can think of this modified front-back balance as following the contour of your denim’s waistline as the rise is higher in the back.

Yes, this jacket is the BJ21101 J-24.

Probably the quickest way to identify the J-24L is by its western back yolk. Also, the leather tassel pulls on the chest and hand pocket zippers instead of the chain pulls found on the J-24.

The RMC Buco is not particularly fit for that purpose. I think only Buco repro that is well suited to that would be the ones by Lost Worlds.

Le RMC Buco n'est pas particulièrement adapté à cet usage. Je pense que seules les reproductions de Buco qui conviennent bien à cela seraient celles de Lost Worlds.

j ai déjà eu un blouson Lost World type B2 > la qualité de fabrication était parfaite ; je suis d’accord avec ton observation et j aimerai beaucoup trouver un double rider LW mais ce n est pas facile d en trouver un et encore moins à la bonne taille … pour moi, la taille 36.

Peut être un LW Buco sera disponsible sur un site japonais. Les japonais achètent un tas de 'Lost Worlds' et leur tailles sont généralement plus petites–donc je pense que le 36 ou presque ça.

Le site 'Buyee' que j'ai mis là est un proxy pour les sites japonais et les étrangers. Moi j'ai acheté les vestes, beaucoup de disques et cetera par Buyee.
