the actual exsting 1930s original is featured in Motorcycle Jackets: A Century of Leather Jacket Design by Rin Tanaka. This reproduciton is based on the original and made in Italy with carefully distressed treament and attention to the detail. the patchwork of lining is intentional. all the pockets are also lined in the same checkered fabric. This fit is slim with narrow sleeves. Rare item.
