Hi all, for sale is a beautifully built steerhide Sugar Cane half-belt size 38, same as listed here I believe - https://www.harlem-store.jp/?pid=123470034
I am selling because it is slightly too small for me unfortunately. The jacket has a real nice casual masculine feel to it. The leather feels substantial - maybe a touch thicker than Aero's vicenza, but a bit more malleable/soft. I believe this jacket pattern was likely inspired by old Hercules jackets due to some features mentioned below.
It has an interesting detail you don't often see, which is wool collar that you can flip up on top of the leather collar either to protect the leather from touching your skin, or for additional warmth. The jacket also has storm cuffs and what appears to me moleskin lined handwarmer pockets and one inner pocket. The lining is a nice wool material. The jacket is also nicely stitched with a relatively high thread count (about 10 stitches per inch on parts I measured). Hardware is all working perfectly and comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
Here are the measurements accompanied with pictures below indicating how the jacket was measured for your reference.
shoulders 17"
chest 20.5"
sleeve 24'
back 23.5"
Waist 18.75"
Bottom hem 20.5"
I am asking $750USD plus shipping. I am based in Vancouver, BC Canada but can provide a quote given your location. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks!
