FS: Schott Perfecto

I bought this vintage Schott Perfecto awhile back and it just doesn't fit me. I think I have to go up a size.

It is labeled as a 42, although I think it would fit someone with a 38-40 chest better. Here are some measurements:

Chest: 20.5" across, 41" total circumference
Length: 25" measured from collar seam to end of clothing (hem)
Sleeves: 18" measured from end of cuff to armpit seam; 23" measured from end of cuff to shoulder seam
Shoulder: 20" measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Waist: 40" total circumference

This jacket is in great condition. I wish I knew how old it was. It does have some wear, but it looks good. The leather is fantastic! I think it's cowhide... it reminds me a lot of a Wested Cowhide I used to have. The lining is also in great condition! The only thing I can see that is a problem is the zipper pull handle on one of the sleeves is gone. I am sure a replacement could be found. Other than that small detail this jacket is tip top!

Oops, sorry. Thought those were the same pics shown.
I've never seen that label on a Perfecto. Much easier to date with the snap/Perfecto label combo. Might be a jacket made under contract by Schott?

I am not really an expert when it comes to Schott Perfectos. In fact, I don't know much about them at all. I just like the way they look. It was definitely made by Schott... even has the Schott snaps. So it is very possible it was a contract made jacket.
