From my own collection is a vintage Resistol western hat with sizel label 7 1/8.
Brim 3 3/8 inches Open Crown 5 1/2 Hat Opening 7 7/8 X 6 3/8
Color is blue gray
No moth holes. Some discoloration. Leather sweat band is soft. Liner is very clean. No box
Hat was designed by Harry Rolnick for Cy Taillon, rodeo announcer inducted into ProRodeo Hall of Fame.

It could fit me, I have a vintage no-brand western that has a 7 ⅛ tag and my head measures 57.5cm

My tag also says 7 1/8 and I wear size 7 or 7 1/8 and some I can even wear 7 1/4. My Resistol has now been sold. Thanks for your interest. Soon I will be posting a custom Tom Hirt with 4 inch brim in mint condition in light khaki color with no size tag but fits like a 7 1/8.
