This piece combines the natural shoulder of our Polo Soft fit with a silhouette inspired by classic car coats. It's double-faced fabric is sourced from an Italian mill and woven from a soft wool blend.
Notch lapels.
Buttonhole at the left lapel.
Double-breasted silhouette.
Long sleeves.
Two front waist flapped pockets.
Buttoned belt detail at the back waist. Single vent with a buttoned closure. Half-lined
Shell: wool, nylon.
Body lining shoulder only: cotton, viscose. Sleeve lining: viscose.
Made in Romania

(1) What is double-faced wool ? Double-faced wool is a high-grade, double-woven fabric. The manufacturing process threads two thin fabrics together to form a thicker fabric; bothsides are the same side and either side can be used for making garments. Making double-faced garments require special seaming and finishing techniques only possible through hand stitching. Thereis no lining required for making garmentswith double-faced fabric.
(2) Why double-faced Wool? Double-faced Wool fabric is expensive in the market not only because of its refined production, but also because its fabric characteristics mean a high base price. Because the exterioe and interior are all sewn, the coat does not need lining. This way, it is thicker, more sturdy, and is not easy to wrinkle. Since the double-faced fabric is woven from two separate layers of fabric, the double-faced fabric is warmer than a single layer of fabric.
