Tagged size medium, this fits like a large 40/slim 42. I'm 6'1", 190 lbs, with a 42-inch chest, and I can wear this for a close fit.
Features brass snaps, a double yoke back and yokes on the front. The leather is substantial, weighing 3.6 lbs, even with no lining. No stains or odors. Only subtle signs of use.
