A 44 custom Cascade, another one bites the dust on my path to 80% cleanse. Sad sad sad. Rarely worn since receiving it in 2019. Shoulder 19.75”, sleeves 25”, pit to pit 22.75

I'm a little bit curious about the purpose of or reason for the epaulets? and, Could you provide the jacket length also?
and, does it have a 44 stamp on it? or is it a custom jacket based on sz 44 with some personal alterations.

Also this is their bovine hide right? Texture looked more cow than goat.

Hi Canuck! lol, sorry about that! it is cow, medium cow. The hem is 21".

Also, I need to correct on the shoulder width, it's more like 19.

As for the epaulettes, I wanted this feature to resemble a certain motorcycle jackets (the "Elvis" by Aero), I asked for the aviator style as the cross zip has roots in general aviator jackets.

How does the jacket fit on you,

Back length is 25.5

this one fits like a glove around the shoulder and trap, it has that Langlitz ergonomic rounded fit, unlike the 1947 o sold which needed a heavy hoodie layering to feel the “hugging”. This jacket I think is of the perfect cafe racer fit in most peoples standard. It’s a pain to let it go but I have to do it.

Just had this cascade delivered and I couldn't be any happier. It fits like it was made to my exact measurements and its totally immaculate. I was a bit concerned about the contrasting stitching but I really like it, it's not conspicuous and certainly adds to the jacket, I won't be toning it down.
Plus only got stung with a charge of £24 thanks to reg,
It's easily the best buy & buying experience I've had,I will definitely be buying the beers when I'm next in NYC. Thanks Reg, Top man.
