Apparently deadstock from the late 60s or early 70s. Worn it only a handful of times. Selling it, as I already have enough jackets and I'm no collector.
With my measurements - chest 96 cm, height 182 cm, slim build - the jacket fits like an Aero board racer (essentially a shirt-like fit). Some say that old Schott CRs have really baggy sleeves, but that's not my impression at all (see the fit pic).
The lining is in mint condition, no stains, no smells. There are a few loose stitches in one armpit, but it's an easy fix and doesn't affect wear. All zips work very well.
Measurements taken with a tailor's tape and should be fairly accurate:
- Pit-to-pit 51 cm / 20.07" (laid flat, slightly streched out)
- Shoulders 45.5 cm / 17.9"
- Sleeves approx. 63 cm / 24.8"
- Bottom hem 48 cm / 18.89"
250 euros with (registered) shipping included in the EU. Paypal friends & family. Have sold (and bought) several jackets here, so buy with confidence.
Cheers.
