Details from Jelado Website
This work trousers is based on trousers owned by our company from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, with the image of pants dug out from a closed coal mine in the early 1900s. It is a model that has been developed with various materials so far, but this time the pattern, sewing, and specifications have been reconstructed to further improve the degree of perfection. WABASH fabric with LASTRESORT blue tag is used for the material. The sewing was commissioned from REBUILD, and the specifications of the time were made using vintage sewing machines such as **SINGER 31 (single needle stitching), SINGER 134 (two needle stitching), and SINGER 99W (pigeon eye buttonhole)** It was reproduced. The sewing is combined with looms on both the inside and outside, faithfully following the sewing method of the 1910s. Mass production body
It is a careful and heavy finish before the system is in place.
The silhouette is a high-back specification, and it is a classic design with a split center at the back. It is equipped with a suspender button, and the front button adopts a wide placket. I recreated the hold feeling that was typical of that time. The buttons are all made of metal, and the more you use them, the more dull and deep they change over time.
The pockets are stitched with a restrained stitch that is conscious of strength, reproducing the details of old work pants. Originally, it was designed in an era without belt loops, but it was added in consideration of the modern wearing feeling, and this one is also well finished with a book sewing. The back of the waist and flap pocket, the back of the buckle back, and the back of the front button are pasted with a separate reinforced fabric, and you can enjoy the fading and texture changes that appear with use. The pocket bag fabric uses a striped slake that follows the time, further enhancing the vintage style.
The rare buckle back is a detail that can only be seen in vintage and old things. The back pocket is designed with a flap only on the left side, so that it can safely store wallets, etc. As you put it on, the fabric naturally fades and comes out, so the longer you use it, the more you use it, the one of a kind. This trouser is recommended for those who like vintage as well as those who want a strict work style.
