Up for sale is a Fine Creek Top Field in excellent/mint condition that's barely been broken in. The Shinki horsehide on this is far better than on my Fine Creek Alonzo, so it hurts to sell this one. No odors, etc. It's in great condition and simply beautiful. But the sleeves are just a touch too long for me.

Fine Creek Leather’s Top Field takes its cues from the sports jackets of the ‘30s. It’s a slim-cut and minimal jacket with a classic half-belt back design and button cuffs. The leather itself is a veg-tanned horsehide. A thing of unique beauty and character, the leather has undergone a teacore tannage. This essentially creates a jacket with a tobacco brown core and a black outer layer. As the jacket ages, the black top layer will fleck and fade to reveal the subtle browns beneath. At 1.3mm, the jacket is substantial but retains a welcoming suppleness. It’s a cinch to break in and will age beautifully in the process.
