FS ELC m422a size 40

FS eastman leather clothing m422a in size 40.
Bought it in 2008, and worn it mostly during the fall season, first 2 yrs often later yrs a few times each.
Its def. a worn jacket, the sleeve cufs need to be replaced [50 pounds]. There are 2 small red paint stains, one on the inside , and a smaller one on the right sleeve. The mouton collar is fine.

Looks nice overall.

Can't tell, but would turpentine take the paint off? Also, are there a lot of leather flaking/rubbing off?

Is 24" including the knit? I'm assuming this is from the back, right?

never tried terpentine, if my father did not drink it all I will give it a try. Yes measured from the back
