Up for sale is my Eastman Rough Wear 1401 P A-2 in size 44. The leather is Eastman's superbHavana brown Warhorse horsehide, and the jacket has the distinctive Crown zip. Please visit the History Preservation Associates and Eastman websites for more information about the Warhorse horsehide and meticulous attention to details unique to the 1401 P Rough Wear contract. The jacket has hardly been worn (I live in Florida!), still has some of that new leather smell, and is in excellent, like-new condition. The Warhorse leather shows great grain and character, which I've attempted to show in the photos. Knits and lining have no holes or other issues. I am the original owner and the jacket comes from a smoke-free home. Included, but not pictured, is the History Preservation Associates garment bag it was shipped in.

For reference I am 5’ 11” and 180, and the jacket fits me fine, with room for a sweater.
The asking price is $960 OBO, less than half of what History Preservation Associates now charges, with buyer to add an additional $40 for fully insured shipping. I'll cover any amount over that. Payment by PayPal (friends and family only) or Zelle, and US sale only. No returns.
