Hello! Up for sale is a nearly new ELMC Californian in American Walnut, size 44. This jacket is in excellent condition and hardly worn. I'm asking 900 dollars shipped. New jackets cost considerably more money, so take advantage of this deal! Insurance costs to be paid for by the purchaser and I will pass along that total depending on how much you wish to insure. Shoulders: 19.5
Bottom of Collar to Hem: 24.5
Sleeves: 24.5

Nice but that pit-to-pit is closer to a 40 than a 44.

I always thought you doubled the measurement making it a 43. I could actually call it a 22 pit to pit depending on where I measure making it a 44. I believe it fits like a 44. I'm having trouble with uploading more pics. The attachment manager tool on here doesn't seem to work well with Apple. Try this link:

That would still rather make it a 40 than a 44. The garment needs to be bigger than the actual chest size or you can't wear it.

Hmmmm ok its marked a 44 so either I'm measuring wrong or Eastman sizes incorrectly.

I thought a size 44 would be closer to 24 pit to pit (24 x 2) - 4 = size 44
A 22" pit to pit measurement would be a size 40.
Or is that just for US sizes???

OK I remeasured pit to pit and I get a 23
