I have to make some space in my wardrobe for other jackets.
Unfortunately I consider letting this gorgeous Aero Ridley I purchased through Thurston Bros. go. My style shifted more towards 1930/40 inspired and this cross-zip biker jacket did not get much wear in the recent time.
Overall the jacket is in fantastic condition. Basically I put in the work to get the grain popping and soften up the leather and now someone else can take over. The price for the jacket was $1,250 - selling for $700 (offers accepted).

Key differences compared to the standard Ridley:
1) Three-Pocket front (no bar studs, no epaulets, no belt loops and no belt)
2) No lower front panel
3) Place lapel snaps between leather layers; snaps should not be visible on inside of lining
4) Add regular brass snaps on collar and lapels, like on J106.
5) Back—one piece back with curved kidney panel and no shoulder gussets
6) Double side cinches
7) Olive Drab stitching
8) Regular Aero label; new Thurston label in lower front left hem

Measurements:
Shoulder: 19.3
P2P: 23.5
Hem: 21.3
Back: 26.4
Front: 28
Arms: 28.3

Pictures speak more than thousand words:

Decided to get the arms shortened and add this bad boy to the frequent rotation - the leather is just too beautiful so I just alter the one thing that was annoying to me - off the market!

Wish I would have been able to snag it before you changed your mind! Awesome jacket and if the arm shortening doesn’t work out. I’ll take it off your hands!

Nice fit! I was wondering if you could please share some images of the sleeve repair? I am curious about their shortening technique for this type of jackets...

Thanks!
Images attached, but you just see a sleeve that looks exactly like before. The original lining is reattached and it is not noticeable. I appreciated Carrie’s professionalism during the process as I asked to shorten the sleeves even more and she advised against it so that the zippers won’t become too short and end up looking odd. They were also able to remove an odd angle in the sleeve opening that apparently is common on Aero models with the zipper placed like in the Ridley
