Catch-and-release. I bought this one from a friend early this year, but the sizing is odd. It's listed as a 42, but fits like a big 44 or a small 46:

25 inch pit to pit
26.5 inch back, including knits
20 inches across the shoulders
24 inches NOT including knits

What type of lining do the sleeves and pockets have?

The sleeves have the same pile lining as the body. The pockets are lined in a twill that is a bit darker than the body.

BTW, sorry for the delayed response. I've been traveling, so things have been a bit hectic.

I rechecked the measurements and got the following:

25.25 inch pit to pit
26.75 inch back, including knits
20.25 inches across the shoulders
27.75 inches, following the curve of the sleeve
