Rolling Dub Trio based in Tokyo, Japan is a high-end mens boots maker, Designed and constructed in Japan using the high quality materials sourced from the US and Europe and local Japan using both goodyear welting and handmade stitchdown construction methods. actually, RDT uses many different lasts, so how the shoes fit depend on styles. some run small, while others run large.
and, as for Casper, it doesn't run larger than most other heritage/work boots. these for sale are not my personal belongs.
but, I do have Casper. I wear Red wing 8E or 8.5D, Whites 8E or 8.5E, Alden Indy 8E or 8.5D, Sneakers such as Nike,
Addidas, New Balance US 9. and My Casper size is 8. due to the design of the last, Casper is a little bit longer lengthwise.
but, one still should choose the size the same as his other boots

if you are sz 11 in most US brand boots, then, these Casper are definitely too small for you
