I picked up this Alpha MA-1 from eBay but sadly it's too small for me, so I'm offering it on eBay with priority to Loungers, of course!
This one is a few years old, back when Alpha was still making stuff to a high standard in their overseas factories - the nylon on this particular model is thick and heavy, just like the originals. Lightweight and warm polyester filling, with a fully reversible emergency orange lining. Two snaps pockets on both the exterior and interior of the jacket. Knits are an acrylic blend, I believe.
Sizing
According to the tag, this is a large (tall), but this is only by the standards of the original military cut which was very short to begin with. As such, this will be a short cut jacket for a tall man and is probably more appropriate for a modern regular jacket.
I would consider this appropriate for somebody who wears a 42 or 44 regular, depending on how you like your jackets to fit. Bear in mind the thickness of the interior filling when looking at the measurements.
