For sale:
All Weather Horsehide Police Jacket. Top tier vintage jacket and a great (perfect) example of a police jacket. The leather is beautiful and substantial. It’s a great jacket by a quintessential SF maker. My favorite vintage police jacket and not a common jacket to see out and about. Like I said in my other classified post- I reach for my LW and Vanson so my last two vintage jackets (from over 60 to 0- damn) can go to someone who will enjoy them more than I.
Main zip replaced. Snaps at cuffs.
Some things to address but I’ve owned the jacket for years and these issues have not impacted wearing the jacket nor its structure. See pictures for the issues (some wear in alpaca lining which is nice and warm; sleeve lining needs a repair; storm cuffs functional but could use a touch; each sleeve has a small and superficial slice- hide and jacket not impacted; and the collar has been stitched up.). It’s a police jacket so this type of stuff is not uncommon. I’ve worn the jacket for years and it will last many years as is. Just being upfront.
