I'm cautious to say. Maybe initially, but maybe not eventually?
I typically wear a 'small' 57, and this one does fit me large. I've used felt spacers full around the leather band, and it still wobbles a bit. I've probably not worn it enough for the eventual Akubra shrink, so it may end up too tight on you.
