It's marked as a size 38, but fits like a 36. As a true size 38, sadly it is too small for me. I have taken measurements (which are listed below) and the PTP is about an inch smaller than what is listed on their size chart. Imo, best for people who wear a size 36 suit jacket, but you can judge for yourself based off the measurements.
