From New York to New York - The flight of the Graf Zeppelin 1929

Just thought I share some pics (snapshots) from a nice documentation. It was the flight of the Graf Zeppelin around the world. On board of the cigare were some of the most famous journalists of that era. One of them was Lady Grace Drummond Hay, the first woman flying around the whole world. The documentation was about her but it used many interesting film parts of a camera team aboard.

I made many and will upload them little by little.

Thats one thing I would give any thing to go back in time and do! People think I am crazy for that, they only think of the Hindenburg , then I explain that the Graff Zeppelin died in bed!

Thanks for sharing such fascinating photos. I especially like the one of the zep after passing through the vapor trail. Any pics of it in the midst of it?
