Offering up a vintage suede western shirt in a beautiful fawn color. Butter soft real suede. Pearl buttons and western yoke. Has inner lining that looks perfect. Labeled “Capper and Capper” Detroit/Chicago Sportswear. I suspect it's made in the USA based on inner labels. it’s in beautiful original condition and is one of the most supple suede shirts I’ve ever handled. It pains me to let it go, but it’s just a little too big for me. So catch and release.
Label says “M” but please go by measurements (in photos)...seems more like a large.
Approximate measurements:
Pit to pit- 22.5”
Shoulder to shoulder- 18.5”
Sleeve length- 25”
Back- 30”
Most I can find out about Capper and Capper is that it was possibly a men’s clothing store in Chicago and Detroit. Maybe someone out there can fill in the blanks.
