"For sale is my Aero Highwayman in coveted Connolly steer hide. Unfortunately, I need to sell this jacket to fund a recent purchase.
The jacket is in immaculate condition for its age, which Ken Calder estimates is about 30 years old (built in 1988-90). The shell is thick, grainy steerhide and the lining is Black Watch wool tartan. There is a corduroy strip at the bottom of the inside hem (see picture). The jacket has one zipped chest pocket and two unzipped handwarmer pockets. I recently cleaned and conditioned the jacket with Connolly Hide Care. Both of the zippers work well. No funky smells or odors, and no holes, rips, or tears. Truly a remarkable jacket.
I’m asking $450 USD, shipped to the contiguous US. I’m open to shipping outside of the US if the prospective buyer and I can work something out. Payment via PayPal Friends and Family.
Measurements (size 46):
