Asking price is 210 GBP plus shipping via PP friends and family please, or else buyer can add on the fees himself. I can despatch from England in early July.
I messed around with 5 samples of differing weights before settling on this one. I chose it because I like the deep indigo colour and the way it wears. If you zoom in on the pics below you'll see what I'm talking about. It's got what I'll describe as electric blue lightening flashes all over it, and if you look closely you'll see what I mean.
The denim was machine washed at 60 degrees by me before it was sewn to remove any shrinkage. It's since been washed again at least once. There is no bleed coming from this jacket. And though at 21oz it has real heft it's not uncomfortable because the fabric has been 'broken' - this jacket will not stand up on its own for example.
Inside the sleeves are storm cuffs, and this is a good windbreaker. Also has two inside patch pockets with Velcro closures. I wore it a lot this past winter, with the collar popped, and it served me very well. It got a fair few compliments, but now that I've bought a few more coats I think realistically I won't have enough time to justify keeping it. Best case scenario would be that it goes to some rugged guy who does manual labour in it every day and then posts up pictures 2 years later, alas that certainly isn't going to be me!
This project cost me a decent chunk of time, energy, and change, and resulted in a coat that I really like. So I'm not giving it away. But if someone will stump up a fair price then I am willing to move it on.
This is not a close fitting style, it's a car coat style and fits like a 40 should.
Measurements in inches
Shoulders 19
Pit to pit 23.25
Length 29.5
Sleeves 26
