Just received mine, absolutely brilliant jacket!
It was 90$ extra and double freight cost due to the weight of the jacket. So it ended up an even 400$ in total. How much extra was the new pull up steer @H Widman?
Great jacket. Congratulations.Posting to put a final pin my saga with the 2.2mm HH Halfbelt….really quite pleased after Dena’s work on the sleeves. I had hoped for this fit from the onset. Trim, without being restrictive and the hide more than delivers in terms of heft and personality. I am “all set” for black leather with this one. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and compares favorably with the far more expensive contemporaries I’ve owned.
Hopefully these pics help Illustrate how nice this HH is. It’s actually more of a dark gray than black. Eggshell type finish. With wear it will definitely turn ash gray, particularly at stress points and seams. Fits in well with my older jackets.

Weighs about 6lbs. Lighter than the oz count would indicate.Great jacket. Congratulations.
What is the mass of this jacket?
Yes it is.@H Widman
Is that the new steer hide ?
When I compare it with mine, I have to say, well done.FiveStar RAF Coastal Command Irvin. I guess I didn't need to add to sleeve and body length after all. That's on me. Overall, it looks great.
All the details that you yourself can not exactly describe for 5* have a big sans to get lost.Could I just provide Shaun with these photos, measurements and materials or would I need to spec details to make sure he got them right (like grommets for the hookless zip look and other smaller design details in the photos). If I say ‘copy that’ can I trust it would be a good copy?
