Brilliant! The beauty of having other creative minds around you :) It's more cohesive now, cleaner and I like it. The only thing is the hand warmers they're a little too big for my liking and I like them to be aligned with the bottom seam. Apart from that, I can say it improves the design a lot.

I like a clean minimal look without anything to stand out too much, I have tried to align the hand warmers angle with the chest pocket.

I don't like waistbands either, I like a cleaner look overall and this is getting right where I wanted with ideas from everybody. And of course, I'm ok with you editing the design - that's why I even made it like this instead of just a sketch as it's much easier to visualise it.

It's really nice to play with those organic lines @navetsea, I'm sure you could push it further to your liking :D

Indeed it's a great opportunity to be able to throw our designs to Shawn and get such results. I'm still waiting to discuss some details with him for my CR and I want to see how that turns out first but when I saw this jacket I thought it would be a good opportunity for a new design and I'm really glad I posted it here.

If anybody wants to use the design, feel free to do so. This is pure fun and if it helps anybody with some ideas, even better :)

Great job guys! @Riu this design is going places! I can see myself getting one of these. That would look so good in either black or dark brown!

Great collab indeed @Jin431! The possibilities are endless :) Would definitely look good in brown too. I think it's a good design and would be a good suit for thick leather.

I have used one of your trucker collar in the last one but I'm not convinced, I also like @navetsea's with rounder corners and I also tried another one that I think it might stay.

Opinions? I've been keeping an eye out for an asymmetrical womens moto jacket with a mandarin collar. Would a custom Five Star be something I should be looking into for this? I really liked that buffalo hide I saw earlier in the thread. Five Star has some women's designs (like this one: https://www.fivestarleather.us/coll...r-jacket-biker-style-washed-distressed-padded), but I would want a more streamlined look minus the upper zip pockets, padding and extra zip on the front.

wow, what software you guys using to design the jacket? @Riu

I use Adobe Photoshop but I'm sure any decent graphic editor would do. Basically I take a photo of a jacket and then add the details on top of it and a bit of material cloning where there's a need. Tedious if it's something more detailed but worth it when you get to see the result.

It really is a cool jacket, since it's such a clean patterns and has buttons it's easier to wear everywhere too. I think the collar is the only thing you can improve upon on. Just for funsies maybe try a shawl collar like the himel heron?

That's what I thought, a nice casual jacket that you can wear on different occasions.

Here are that Himel collar and the one that I chose last time @Jin431. Interesting design with that shawl collar I must say as it goes well with the roundness of the hand warmers and the angles are there.

Hmmmm I dare say the shawl collar looks like a winner but that reworked collar on the bottom picture is also quite a looker,

If going with the top picture's collar, then maybe a bit of body leather as a facing on the inside so the lining isn't as visible?

same with @Riu, I use Photoshop, but anything with layers so you can put new elements on top of another without permanently merge them, lasso tool to select area you want to modify or copy or delete, transform tool (resize, rotate, flip), will do really, just pick one program and stick with it so you're familiar with where the tools are and even better if you memorize their keyboard shortcut to speed up your work. Photoshop (since CS3 version I think) has "liquify" filter and "Warp" transform That I abuse alot to pinch and pull around shapes to sculpt them more organically.
