First post. First fedora; well almost.

Hello all. I've been lurking for a few weeks and really like the forum, seems like a civil place.

I've just placed an order for a Federation Deluxe in moonstone from hatsdirect . So I thought this would a good time to check in.

I do have a couple of other hats which I started wearing about 2 years ago, but this will be my first fedora and I'm really looking forward to it. I'm pretty sure I'll be going for a Campdraft next or something anyway. I have a feeling this isn't going to stop at one!

When it arrives I'll try and upload some pics although being new to this I've never done the bashing thing before so that's going to interesting.

I really think getting an Akubra is a good way to get started.

My first hat was a Campdraft (wearing it today as it happens) and I've been really happy with it. The quality is very good at super prices.
