My three sons (why do I feel the insatiable need to whistle and shuffle my feet like Fred MacMurray?).

Antonn ... the shy and moody astrophysicist. If your not willing to discuss propulsion statistics and orbit declinations, he ain't talking to you.

Bran ... the punk rock bassist and Red Sox fan. The kid's a bit high-strung and scares me to death.

Caber ... a goofy kid. Obsessed with pokemon games and the biology of bears. Memorized all the scientific latin names of each bear species. Wierd.

My wife, creating. She has more time now, the daughter is married, the oldest son is away at college and the youngest son is 16 and pretty self-sufficient. I love her, and her work. She is very talented.

You all have such lovely families It's so nice to see all of these pictures, I'm looking forward to seeing more, they all put such a smile on my face.

I'm not married, so no pictures of a hubby to put up. But, you all know that Hemingway Jones is my closest friend, and he is like family to me. I don't have kids, but I do have a nephew Isaac who I adore with all of my heart. It sometimes scares me how I instantly fell in love with him. I can't imagine how it must feel to have a child of my own. I'm also very close to my Mom and Dad. So, even though I haven't a hubby or a child I thought I would post some pictures of Isaac and the rest of my family, including Hem. And no, Hem and I don't have a kid. We just have some cute pictures of him and me with Isaac. Anyone who didn't know that he and I are just friends and that the little guy in the picture was my nephew would think we were a family! Sadly, when Hem and I go to visit "I", he immediately calls out "Uncle Im" (he doesn't quite have the T sound down!) before he even sees me!!!

Isaac at 2 1/2 is already the member of a street band!


Isaac enjoying an ice cream sundae on Fathers Day. He had the spoon in one hand and a cookie in the other. He'd shovel the ice cream in his mouth and then take a big bite of the cookie all at once! My sister said that feeding him like this was the only way the rest of us could sit and talk over coffee after dinner. Needless to say after ingesting all of this sugar he slid down off the chair and proceeded to run in circles around our table! Yeah great idea, load the kid up with sugar!!!


Tim (Fake Uncle Tim), Isaac and Me this past June enjoying fathers day on the golf course. Isaac is already swinging his little plastic clubs

I know, aren't those curls incredible!! What I wouldn't do to have them!!
My sister is pregnant again, due December 6th, I can't wait. But we were talking about how if it's a girl she'll probably end up with stick straight hair and be jealous of Isaac's curls for her entire life But of course, I'm sure that when Isaac gets older he'll be wishing for straight hair! We always seem to want what we just can't have!! My Mom has very curly hair and goes to great lengths to straighten it:eusa_doh:

You never know... I Have a hard time combing my hair straight, but it was strait as an arrow when I was little. But I doubt curls would go away so easily as.. um... straights...
