A nice example of Schott’s classic perfecto jacket. This is the 118, which is the same pattern as the 618 but in their Naked Cowhide, which I find is a bit more supple. This one is from around 85-89 and has some lovely graining and sleeve rolls. Selling as it’s slightly short on me.
There are 3 small holes in the leather which I have had repaired from the inside with leather from a Schott ‘parts jacket’, so it matches perfectly. I have photographed the areas. The jacket had also been gently cleaned and conditioned. As with many vintage leather jackets there is a slightly musty ‘storage smell’ (not body odour or anything offensive to my nose) which should fade with further sunlight and use. Finally two of the fabric pockets have small holes which would be an easy fix if you cared—in practice the handwarmers still function as intended and I don’t use the little top pocket. The inside and coin pockets (the most useful ones) are fine.
In light of these issues how does £130 plus shipping sound? Uk FLers can ask me for a Vinted link to get cheap shipping.
