That is supposed to be rare but I like mine a bit less cooked than that---its too gray at the edges.

Chili is always good. The next day it seems to get the taste more permeated into the beans though.

Certainly...the soup gets a little more full bodied,too...spices little tangier..beer kinda more refreshing to taste..and I think..then sex even steps up a notch or two.
