I have a feeling that there's going to be some fussing and fighting over the compensation but at least they managed to get out some of the stain they put in.
The girl at the tailor shop that collects the stuff for the Dry Cleaner Of Doom told me that she will be able to give me the address of another cleaner here in Berlin who's obviously really dedicated to the job and also very good at it. It's probably going to cost more than double the money I used to pay but that should be worth it (they're located in Zehlendorf, one of Berlin's traditional upmarket districts).
