My friend in China recently bought the A2 Manual book from ELC directly and asking them to ship to China. ELC charged £50 for shipping!!! With such amount of money, you would expect it is send through a fast fully trackable recorded service. But turns out they used the cheapest service you can buy from Parcel Force. It took one and half month to get to my friend, and it is totally untraceable.
I am shocked when my friend told me about all this. IMO, this is not something a well known maker should do.
