The inseam measures 30.5 inches. There is 1.25" of fabric inside the leg, so about half or three quarters of an inch to let down; HOWEVER, the bottom back side of each cuff has wear. If you or your tailor are skilled, it might be possible to fix the areas in order to lengthen the pants. If the suit fit me, I would leave the cuffs and repair the bottoms to prevent further wear. If you sacrifice the cuffs, you get an extra 1.5". There are some scattered pinholes and small abrasions inside the right cuff that, if repaired properly with the right colored thread, shouldn't be highly visible. They would be very near the bottom of the trousers where most people aren't looking.
