Donegal Importers???

Has anyone dealt with Donegal Importers ( http://www.donegalimporters.com/mysitecaddy/site3/ )??? I ordered a "Boardwalk Empire" Newsboy Hanna Hat from them on November 16th only to receive one of those goofy patchwork hats. I phoned them, mailed it back to them per their request ( payed for the shipping myself, even though it wasn't my mistake, I had ordered the "Boardwalk Empire" Newsboy ). Hadn't heard anything back so I emailed them last night and received an email today that said " Scott, received your return. Your hat is in US customs, should be released today and to me by fri. Ill get it out right away once I have delivery. - John".

Am I wrong to be ticked off? Is this some half-A** company or what? What are others experience with this company?

First off, I like my patchwork flat cap

Secondly, I have no experience with the importer you mentioned but I have ordered directly from Hanna Hats four times without any issues. You may want to get your cash back from these guys and go that route.

I have also ordered direct from Hanna and had great service, but have never heard of this importer.

Thank guys. I have been happy with my Hanna Hats, and I thought I would give this importer a shot when they offered free shipping. Lesson learned.

I've not dealt with Donegal Importers. I've purchased Hanna hats from Sullivans Irish Alley (http://www.sullivansirishalley.com/mysitecaddy/site3/shop/product.htm?productID=8733) in Michigan and also from ebay seller irecrafts-au whose prices were the best. The drawback of both of these is that you will not have the full array of color and fabric choices. But if you like what they have, they are the same new Hanna hats.

that Boardwalk Empire tag is just a way to draw in someone who really doesn't know the name of the cap only that they saw it in a TV show.
She makes a great Newsboy cap and she makes them in many types of fabric. She is making me one in a denim fabric right now. I where a lot of newsboy caps to work everyday so I like a wide selection of fabrics and colors depending on my mood as I walk out the door.
