Do You Guys Know What This Is Called???

Hi!!
My name is Brigitte. I own Poshgirlvintage.com & I have a shirt I can't really describe. I picture Ricky Ricardo, bongo drums, etc.. I found it with a bunch of 40's & 50's clothing in an estate. It's not fitted though the waist it just falls that way on a girl mannequin. I think it is for a guy really but I think a girl would be more likely to buy it.
Any ideas as to what it is called? It's very well made but no tags/labels.May have been cut off.
